Rory W. Leid, III

Rory W. Leid, III received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law (Cum Laude). He represents numerous large and small insurance companies in all aspects of first party insurance issues. He has represented insurance companies as lead counsel in hundreds of insurance fraud investigations and all levels of litigation regarding fraud investigations, including the successful Appellate case of Keith v. Allstate. He has also litigated numerous first party insurance coverage and bad faith cases including the successful Appellate case of Wright v. SAFECO. His representation of insurers extends to all levels of first party coverage, including, but not limited to, all commercial lines, personal lines, and third party defense coverage issues.
