Morgan E. Smith

Morgan E. Emmerton graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Political Science and minor in Women’s Studies. Morgan attended Chapman University School of Law before receiving her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. During law school Morgan externed for King County Superior Court Judge Richard F. McDermott. Her previous experience includes working for a general practice firm. Morgan’s current practice focuses on insurance litigation, including first party coverage, insurance fraud, bad faith, and third party insurance defense. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
