Chris L. Winstanley

Chris Winstanley received his B.A. from the University of Washington with distinction in Philosophy, and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Winstanley served on the managing board of the Oregon Law Review and was a published member of the journal.  Also during law school, Mr. Winstanley interned at the Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and was a full-time extern for the Honorable Ronald B. Leighton, United States District Court Judge for the Western District of Washington.  With a background in construction, Mr. Winstanley’s practice emphasizes construction defect.  He also handles all matters of insurance defense litigation.
